As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I can help anyone understand their talent themes, create a personal investment plan to turn them into Strengths, and activate the plan to increase their effectiveness, productivity, and job satisfaction. I also am deeply committed to helping organizations shift their culture into a Strengths-Based environment. I am certified to train and coach individuals, managers and teams in all of the CliftonStrengths content.

Professionally, I have worked in the non-profit world for the past 17 years helping college students as they transition into college thrive in their faith and grow in their leadership. I am a keynote speaker at Christian conferences for college students and church retreats, and I love helping people become more effective communicators at whatever they are doing. I have also been on several church staffs and teaching teams, and understand the church world very well. I have my masters in Inter-Cultural Studies with an emphasis in theology and leadership, and I thrive in diverse working environments.

As a person of faith, I believe passionately that God has created us uniquely and with a purpose. However I am always amazed that so many believers have not discovered their unique strengths or had anyone help them go deeper on the journey. The world needs Christians to lead in whatever field we are in, as people who own the ways in which God has gifted us.
